Blades are not included, and many different styles are available. This is Damp rated, so could be used in a covered porch or outside covered deck area. The DCEP70OB has an Energy Saving DC motor with an Airflow of 7695 CFM, Airflow Efficiency of 285 cubic Feet per minute per Watt, and only uses 27-Watt of electricity (not including any light kit). RPM's are 105-93-84-72-63-52, and has a blade pitch of 14-Degree. The DCEP70OB comes one per package, requires five blades (not included), one 6-Inch down rod, and Includes DC 6-speed Reversible and Light Dimming Wall and Remote Combo for operation of the ceiling fan.
